Flu Season
If you get sick with flu-like symptoms, please stay home, limit contact with others and contact your family doctor. Your family doctor will decide if testing or treatment is needed.
If you have a child with flu-like symptoms and have no one to watch them, please reschedule your appointment. You may contact our offices during regular business hours if you need to talk to a clinician or to reschedule.
Women's Health Partnership is Taking Additional Steps to Help You Protect Your Identity!
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has implemented a national requirement to help prevent identity theft. To comply with this new Federal regulation, all patients will be asked to present a photo ID at the time of your appointment. Your photo identification will become part of your medical record. Once obtained, your identity will be verified at each visit. It will not be necessary for you to present your ID at each visit. You will be asked to provide updated identification upon any demographic changes (address, name, etc.). This is simply a measure for our physicians to ensure that your identity is protected while at our office.
LIFETIME OB/GYN
We are proud to announce that the physicians at our Indianapolis Physicians for Women location and our Northwest OB/GYN location have merged to become Lifetime OB/GYN effective July 1, 2009. The new office phone number for Lifetime OB/GYN is 317-415-1000. The address remains the same.
